Sessions

Adi Yoga offers group and private sessions both online and in person.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.Hatha yoga is often seen as a preparatory stage for more advanced forms of yoga, but it can also be a gentle and grounding practice suitable for beginners or those seeking a less intense approach. It’s usually slower-paced than vinyasa or power yoga, making it great for building a strong foundation.

Group session - 12 (week) sessions | $80

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the flow between poses, synchronizing movement with breath.Unlike Hatha yoga, which often holds poses for longer durations, Vinyasa yoga is more fast-paced and fluid. The transitions between poses are just as important as the poses themselves, and the sequence of postures is typically designed to create a continuous, flowing movement that increases heart rate and builds strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Group session - 12 (week) sessions | $80

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a more vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga, heavily inspired by Vinyasa but with a stronger emphasis on building strength and stamina. It's typically faster-paced and focuses on a full-body workout, targeting strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. While both Power Yoga and Vinyasa are based on flowing sequences and synchronized breath, Power Yoga tends to be faster, more intense, and focused on fitness.

Group session - 12 (week) sessions | $80

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed specifically for pregnant women. It focuses on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the mother while providing techniques to support the changes her body is undergoing during pregnancy. The aim is to help improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation, as well as to prepare the body for labor and delivery.

Prenatal yoga can be beneficial at any stage of pregnancy, though it’s often recommended to start around the end of second trimester (after the first trimester's more sensitive period).

Whether you're new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, prenatal yoga is designed to be accessible, and it can be adapted to your fitness level.

Face Yoga

Face yoga is a unique and gentle practice that involves using specific exercises and facial movements to tone, tighten, and relax the muscles of the face. It’s essentially the yoga for your face, and its goal is to promote a more youthful, radiant appearance by improving circulation, boosting collagen production, and relieving tension in the face.

The idea behind face yoga is that just as we can tone and strengthen our body muscles with traditional yoga, we can do the same with the muscles in our face. Regular practice can help reduce the appearance of fine lines, sagging skin, and puffiness.Face yoga can be a fun and relaxing way to care for your skin without the need for creams or invasive treatments. It’s all about mindfulness, relaxation, and a little self-care!
